Web Application Engineer

Description
This is a senior level, non-managing web applications engineer. This job typically will play a lead role on projects that are of large size and complexity. Develops and designs the interface layer of web applications. Performs unit testing at the interface level. Follows and sets code standards, participates, leads, and organizes code and design reviews. Reviews specifications and provides time estimates on the development of projects and features.

Ability to review, verify, and validate estimates and specifications.

Has senior knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures.

Has proven ability in software design and architecture and a strong grasp of software and system interrelationships.

Experience
Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of professional work experience.

Skills

  1. Core
    1. Domain expertise in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, ASP, ASP.NET, C#, XML/XSLT.
    2. Working knowledge of OOP, Web Services, SQL and T-SQL concepts, relevant technical documentation.
    3. Fully understands/tests performance and load impacts that different approaches will have on a web application.
    4. Expert in Browser Compatibility and how technology relates to user experience.
  2. Preferred
    1. Understanding of industry software design patterns, understanding of effective user interface design, and basic knowledge of web server technologies (Ex: IIS, Windows platform servers)

Senior Database Administrator

Description
This position will be responsible for supporting the Database Administration, legacy enhancement and maintenance function. The successful candidates will be organized, demonstrate a "can do" attitude, a work ethic capable of disciplined self-motivation and a commitment to the highest standards of professional integrity, maturity and judgment. Comprehensive communication skills are required, along with the ability to multi-task and work effectively and independently under pressure in order to meet deadlines in a rapidly changing environment. Off hour's communication and support is required to ensure systems are available and operate as expected.

Position Responsibilities
  • Creating and updating Performance metrics
  • SOXIT Compliance.
  • Database tuning
  • Database script development for production monitoring.
  • Ongoing Database design/architecting for optimal performance of different applications and planning for future storage and reporting requirements.
  • Install, maintain and upgrade SQL Server tools, and patches.
  • Analyze changes and enhancements to software and determine the impact on existing production, systems, system design, programming standards and operating procedures.

Experience
5+ years of SQL Server Development & Database Administration with an emphasis on design, development, code maintenance, enhancement, automation, tuning and optimizing databases for high availability & performance. Experience developing web based, mission critical applications including logical and physical database design, SQL development, Stored Procedure development, performance tuning, change management.

Other

  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Search Marketing Manager

Description
The eForce Search Marketing Manager will be responsible for the company’s search engine optimization initiatives. They will execute company’s search engine marketing/optimization methodology, and be responsible for hitting stated revenue and ROI goals utilizing pay-per-click, paid inclusion, Contextual and traditional SEO methods. The SEO Manager will be responsible for generating company profits through various search engine placements with multiple products and services. Very important that the candidate optimize ROI via key word selection, negative keywords, bidding strategy, marketing copy and landing page testing.

Position Responsibilities
  • Manage all third-party paid search engine media and provider relationships.
  • Manage all Paid Inclusion, Contextual media relationships.
  • Manage and report on metrics related to goals of Search Marketing for eForce Media.
  • Build, bid and manage keyword listings for all eForce verticals.
  • Develop content and procedures for SEO optimization and keyword ranking.
  • Perform Market Research to ensure eForce properties and practices are consistently up to date.

Vertical Sales Executive

Description
The Vertical Sales Executive will play a major role in aggressively growing and managing a vertical category for eForce Media. The successful candidate has 5+ years of experience working in sales/business development, with lead generation experience a plus.

Position Responsibilities
  • Research prospective business clients, assess competitive landscape, and manage the pipeline of potential Sales clients.
  • Work closely with Sales Account Manager to continue to service, grow and retain customers.
  • Achieve rapid growth and at the same time create a highly strategic approach to developing and managing near and long term relationships within both new and existing clients.
  • Analyze overall client deal performance, develop initiatives designed to grow the business in new areas, and identify areas to drive future improvement.
  • Build an understanding of the market and act as a key liaison between eForce Media and the client.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

Required Skills

  • A thorough understanding of the online advertising marketplace, specifically performance-based media, and client buying processes and needs. Lead Generation experience a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills, and highly motivated to achieve team / individual goals and work in a self-managed environment.
  • Willingness to travel to some industry events and client meetings.

Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related discipline.
  • 5+ years professional experience in the media marketplace with a role in Business Development and/or Sales.
  • Excellent track record of developing strong client relationships and driving sales to meet or exceed quota.
